At -the-door Cost:

$15 for Friday-only badge or Monday-only badge.
$20 for Saturday-only badge or Sunday-only badge.
$30 for Saturday-Sunday badge
$40 for four-day badge.

 Preregistration Cost:

$10 for Friday-only badge,
$15 for Saturday-only badge or Sunday-only badge.
$25 for Saturday-Sunday badge
$35 for four-day badge.
No Monday-only badge in pre-registration.

No pay-per-play for role-playing and board gaming.  Seminars and events designated “special” (e.g., tournaments) will cost extra.  Those events will be available for purchase online as they are announced.  Note: board gaming tournaments will not require an extra entrance fee.

If you are judging or volunteering, you do not need to pay for your badge until we send you instructions on how to purchase it at a discount.  If you choose to purchase the badge before receiving those instructions, we will gladly refund your overpayment as soon as possible.  If you have any questions, please email us.

Mail your check made payable to the The Gamers' Syndicate, c/o Robert E. Bodine, Esq., P.O. Box 2083, Fairfax, VA 22031-9998.  You will be able to register for play after we receive your payment.

Sorry, we do not accept or return personal checks. Any personal checks received will be promptly destroyed.  We will attempt to notify you of the error if you provide contact information, but we do not guarantee that we will be able to do so.
